In order to make fresh graduates familiar with the company as soon as possible, better integrate into the working environment and enhance employees' sense of belonging, the human resources department organizes fresh graduates to carry out induction training. The training mainly includes job function introduction, career planning, company rules and regulations, safety education, senior leaders' discussion and other topics.
In this training, two former student representatives were invited to share their work experience in the company, namely He Gong of R & D department 1 in the 17th session and Li Gong of R & D department 2 in the 18th session. When entering a strange workplace from the university environment, they will inevitably encounter many setbacks and confusion. How to adjust their mentality and improve their ability to solve problems at work, the seniors and sisters start from their own experience, teach workplace skills to xinshengli, and share suggestions on personal career planning and work skills. "Difficulties will not disappear by themselves. Only by facing difficulties and challenges can we reap greater growth."
Then, xinshengli were led to the production line for visit and study. From the exhibition hall to the manufacturing department, from the quality department to the storage department, each place was explained by a specially assigned person on site. Direct attack on the scene can enable these young people to more deeply learn the operation process of non-standard equipment industry, understand Taowine's meticulous and serious attitude towards each product, and understand the important role played by each post. From processing parts to finished equipment, from material warehousing to production line assembly, each process and process condenses the responsibilities and obligations of every staff rooted in the front line.
Wang Quanlin, chairman of Taowine, and the general manager of each business division delivered a speech on the arrival of xinshengli, and introduced the business development trend and core technology of each business division of the company to the students, Wang Dong said: "talent is the company's core competitiveness and the most precious wealth.
